Sindi Hawkins

My family is very sad to hear that Sindi has passed away. She was one of my Dad’s students, and he was so proud of her and her accomplishments.  When I was in B.C., Sindi and I worked together on the ’96 campaign – and she was a big supporter when I made my losing bid for the federal seat in North Van.

R.I.P., Sindi, and our condolences to your family.  You were a fighter.

I knew Sindi very well when she lived in Calgary.
She was very bright and committed to helping others, particularly those facing serious challenges in their lives.
Tragic that she has passed at such a young age.
Sincere sympathies to her family and all those who had the honour to know her.

What a fighter! As you know, she was a passionate, determined and outrageously funny woman who loved life and those in hers. In many hearts across BC, a light has dimmed, but her spirit will live on in her friends and those of us who knew and loved her.

  4. We are confronted with tragedies throughout our lifetimes. There are many challenges we face however if we look hard enough there will always be some good to come from these happenings. The Lady is now in better hands.

Is it me or are there angel wings over her left shoulder off to the right?
