What Pierre did was not the smartest but it’s not really worth writing about. It’s a mistake. Now, what Lawrence said in front of the diplomats — that’s a major blunder, protocol-wise. One would think that the Minister himself would have known better. Unless somebody stuck their nose in? Guess who! Hint: you don’t need a doctorate on this one to make the guess educated.
