I have written my last column for Sun News

…and appeared for the last time on the network.

It’s a long (and perhaps interesting) story. Details to come.

  1. Hochelagonian tea says:

Could this “announcement” have anything to do with the great QC festival known as “poisson d’avril?”

  2. campbell says:

Thought it might have been April Fools until I saw that it was actually posted at 11:10pm on March 31st… not sure if that qualifies as April Fools material!

If true, the Sun just became a worse newspaper.

  3. Iris Mclean says:

Shoulda bought tickets for Levant’s “Freedom Cruise”.

  4. Michael Bussiere says:

Joe Clark is a neighbour of ours down the road. The rumour has been circulating that he is going to challenge Harper in the next leadership review and is going to do so with the help of an unnamed black ops specialist.

  5. Bruce A says:

I doubt it. You need the work.

  6. A guest here says:

Nope, I know the real story, yes he has written his last column and had a final appearance but in order to work as a Sun News VP u kinda have to give up the journalism stuff

    • Timothy Friesen says:

With the financial straits that Quebecor is in I highly doubt that they have the resources to be hiring more VPs.

  7. patrick says:

Well, that’s what thinking in print at the Sun will get you – terminated (Arnold voice, of course.)

  8. steve says:

    Connect the points?
Is this why there are never any witnesses to a Ford mugging?

  9. ray says:

this story has more holes in it than Sonny at the tollbooth 🙂
