Big Changes Coming? My bet is that WK announces that he too has smoked pot, as recently as now. Moreover, WK will reverse his opposition to legalization of pot, acknowledging that if the U.S. federal government can tolerate legalization in the states of Colorado and Washington, it can tolerate it in the state of Canada.
