   Dumbest call I’ve ever seen.

   In fact, that’s Viktor Tikhonov dumb.

   Recall that Tikhonov pulled Tretiak after 20 minutes against the Yanks “Miracle on Ice” performance in ’80 or the ’87 Canada Cup where he had his fourth line out against Gretzky and Lemieux with 90 some seconds left in Game Three Final.

   Talk about snatching ‘victory from the jaws of defeat’. I imagine there’s some really mad high rollers in Vegas right now.
