Which will happen first?
Trump will have his name removed from the tower because of its bad reputation or the tower will remove Trump’s name because of his bad reputation.
They’re having big trouble trying to sell the main penthouse and two lesser penthouses, which have all been flogged on sites like UrbanToronto repeatedly. There are also lawsuits regarding people who bought units thinking it’d be easier to rent them out hotel-like than has been the case. The whole project is a bit of a shit show and I’m convinced it’s because squirrel-head’s name is on the place. No one (in Canada anyhow) wants to spend $20million on a pad with that guy’s name on it.
The cracking windows suggests a serious structural design flaw, and snide comments about Trump are not appropriate. The engineering firm who designed this building, among the other skyscraper buildings must take into account possible stresses caused by wind flowing around these buildings which should be done before throwing up the building slam-bam.
The University of Western Ontario in London, ON have a wind tunnel testing facility that the Trump people should consult with before they try to solve their problems. It’s called the WindEEE Research Institute :

Snide comments about that delusional asshat are entirely appropriate, especially as it pertains to why they can’t sell units in the building.
Or…
Donald Trump imitates the intelligence of concrete.
