Out of curiosity why does it take so long to release a book? Not completely finished? Editing by publisher? Marketing strategy?

Saw it, yes. Was great. But my thing is quite different.
Please try and get it out on audiobook. I never get a chance to sit and read anymore. Most of my novel consumption is in the car.
