In this PMO, it’s what you don’t know

And they don’t know plenty.

For all his faults I’m starting to think Butts was one of the only adults in the room in the PMO and his resignation has been a big blow.

  2. Ronald O'Dowd says:

India happened on his watch. Need I say more?

    • Adam says:

India was well on its way to being swept under the carpet by the PMO and the still-adoring public.

Lavscam has been right in the faces of Canadian voters and right at home. Lavscam is what finally got through Trudeau’s Teflon coating and revealed the cynical, lying, fake politician beneath.

There is scarcely any comparison between the two debacles, other than that they are both debacles.

      • Chris says:

The India Magic Carpet Ride just started the “softening-up” of the Trudeau brand. It was a necessary step that facilitated and augmented the sh**-show that Lavscam has become.

Keeping something in the news (e.g., Lavscam) that’s basically not favourable to you is stupid. Fundamental rule of politics.

That’s why I wonder about the wisdom of Trump and his supporters continuing to harp (and tweet) on and on about the Mueller report and anything related to it. If you really were vindicated/exonerated by that report, then act like it and don’t whine, complain and obsess about said report and related matters.

That comment should be aimed not at Donald Trump and his supporters, but at the Democrats (and CNN, and the New York Times, and the Washington Post, et al..), If *they* would just grow up, admit that there is NOTHING THERE and move on, Trump would have nothing to tweet about. Instead, they keep whining about information being kept from them, tax returns, impeachment and other nonsense when they should be getting back to reaching out to the American public and asking for their support.

(and just out of curiosity, why do you feel the need to bring Donald Trump into almost every discussion here? TDS, perhaps?)
