He “only” had $3 million in the bank. What a brutal process.
Hard to believe he and Harris were exciting front runners just a few months ago. Anybody who thinks he or she has can predict the outcome of this race or the election itself is just blowing smoke.
Sorry, never saw the appeal….the channeling of Robert Kennedy seemed contrived, and the Vanity Fair article(read: puff piece) made him out to be some kind of self appointed messiah.
I agree that in reality, his resume was very thin. I think he would have been quite vulnerable in a full-on Presidential campaign. There are other moderates in the Democratic race with more heft and ability than him IMP, e.g., Klobuchar and Yang.
Damn?? The lightest of light weights. His fifteen minutes have expired. He will not be missed.

Warren,
O’Rourke’s destiny may be for another day. Hope he keeps the faith.
O’Rourke was an inarticulate, Court Jester. The left needed someone stupid that they could control–turns out Beto was even too stupid for Democrats.

Shiny and new, were his only assets. You need more than that.
