My company got around the getting spammed problem when placing a job ad.
It was to have candidates mail their resume. The serious candidates will.
I’d love to work with ya! But I am too stupid so I didnt apply.
I won’t be applying either. Two shit-disturbers in one office is one too many. LOL.
As someone who works in HR, it is more likely the applicants have no idea what Daisy even is.
People will apply to ANYTHING in hopes that if they apply to 100+ companies randomly – they will get a few responses/interviews.
Unfortunately the vast majority of the resumes will be useless and they don’t often follow job applicant instructions or actually research the company. That is my experience with every job posting.
