It’s gorgeous. Van Gough is one of my all time favourites but the Dutch Masters, in my opinion, are the teachers of light. Rembrandt Harmenszoon van Rijn is another of my faves. The lighting in your photo arouses the spirits in the design.
Alas, my best attempts were in a colouring book. So what do I know of such refined things……
One more comment if I may-Van Gough was a Dutch post-impressionist painter and in essence you are correct about lighting, but I think the French influence in his work pulled him somewhat away from impressionism.
Again, a chimpanzee would know more about these matters and paint better than I.
