   Kudos to you W. you are indeed correct in your observation.
   I’m also glad to see that the mayor has been proactive in dealing with (what is claimed to be) a “private joke”.
   It isn’t funny.
   This old bluenoser acknowledges what you say about my (former) home province, and will ensure that I raise my voice more so than I may have to date.
