   If his “goals of care “ (that everyone would discuss with their Dr. in such circumstances) included No Intubation then really no reason to stay at Walter Reed when you have a hospital suite in the basement.
   If he’s going to go he wants to die at the WH because
   (A) goes out fighting
   (B) can haunt it for eternity
