Shows what I know. I was absolutely convinced that when your creative juices would flow that we would eventually see a painting something like this. However, I expected to see some little guy in a boat adrift heading out to sea. Sort of like a Ty-D-Bol Liberal slowly but surely on the way out.
Do what you can to snap out of it, my friend. This is no time for any of us to succumb to what Churchill called his “black dog”. Remember, most of the world would give their eye teeth to be in our shoes. I look forward to your next masterpiece featuring bright sun, fluffy clouds and lots of gamboling bunnies.
While I am not skill with the prose, I know it is important to reach out and support a fellow sufferer.
Don’t let negative thoughts take over. Remember you have done many positive things for many people.
I received a thank you card the other day from the head of an organization that I have helped in what I would consider was a small way. The card made me feel valued and appreciated. I intend to keep it and look at it from time to time to raise my spirits.
So let this be my thank you card to you. I am further to the right than you on the political spectrum. But I have made your blog a daily stop on my cruise around the interweb. I don’t always agree with you, but value what I think, are your straight shooting opinions. I value that you are willing to share with us your personal challenges and thoughts in a small way. I kinda feel like we could be brothers. Although you are way more hip than me.
