Anyone who has tried to suppress your creative spirit, in my limited view of the cosmos, should be painted over.
I agree. Two coats of finish paint, and one coat of primer should do the trick IMHO.

In any endeavour that’s worthwhile, perhaps painting over becomes a necessity but life is a funny thing. Sometimes sudden mind and heart realizations occur and then finally things become centered at the right place and right time as they should be. Other times not, regrettably. In art as in life, what’s meant to be will ultimately be.
Blue – are you becoming more conservative?
The top two of the pole line are outstanding, two views of the same scene.
It’s his unconscious mind telling him to assist the blue team because they can’t win unless Warren leaves the red team which has far and above the most established wins as governance.
The poor old blue team does need a leg up tactically IMHO. I feel similarly vis-a-vis those poor bastard Cons on the right, but what can you do when they just want to shoot themselves in both feet right out of the gate every electoral turn?
I get the blue parallels in Canadian politics these days.
