   line 5? if line 5 is shut, best case, irony of ironies, Biden will have Trudeau over a barrel of oil. Worst case, after 3 to 5 weeks of no motor & heating fuel, no jet fuel, no groceries & shuttered manufacturing, the US could march into Canada without firing a shot. Canada’s natural resource endowment from minerals to energy, forestry and agriculture is coveted, especially with global competition for ever scarcer resources.
