I would certainly campaign on the draft opinion and make the most of it but the final opinion will be out in June and it very likely won’t read like this one, thanks to Roberts’ figure skating Olympic medal, gold or otherwise.
My other reservation is ERA. Betty Ford and company did all they possibly could and it unfortunately amounted to a hill of beans. So, it’s a net plus for Dems for sure but at what magnitude? C’est ça la vraie question.
