   The point of psychiatric medication is that it must be taken as prescribed every day. That’s what I do. Look what happens when you intentionally go off your meds.

   Seriously, people need to calm down already. Take a break from the internet / CNN / first person shooter games. Go for a walk. Read a book. Get some fresh air. Learn to play an instrument. Talk to your neighbor about their grandkids starting school or something FFS.
