   Warren,

   Well, I’m not angry. I’ll even give Freeland her due for the budget cuts across departments and agencies. A good start but I would have preferred to see some departments and agencies take absolutely no hit, while others took hits on a gradation scale. But governments don’t like putting in that type of effort, so they take the easy way out. Like Dion famously said, it should always be about priorities, especially when cuts are involved. But hey, this is still better than absolutely nothing.
