Pierre’s style and affinity for Trump have really backfired on him. He is Canada’s trump – he reads all the alt right media and styles his talking points, and communications strategy accordingly – his base consumes all the lunacy so he has to trumpet it to stay in touch with his people – and his people, for the most part, they mostly supported trump, as much as a Canadian can without being able to vote.

With respect, I just don’t like Pierrre Poilievre. He supported the convoy, and yes, his talking points mirror the stuff coming from the Maga crowd in the states because a big part of his base, not you, but a lot of CPC members, they supported trump – they’re his fans
