—Meet the new boss, same as the old boss, etc.
Mark Carney is your new Prime Minister.
Given the number of Trudeau folks at his swearing-in, I assume he’s not running on a “change” platform.

That’s what I said! Looked like every swearing in since 2015.
And some of the deadwood that needed to be culled has hung around.
Guilebeault in particular would best serve Canada by retreating into the shadows and never rearing his head again. But he remains in cabinet.
Then you’ve got his replacement in Environment, Terry Duguid, who most Winnipeggers can tell you is terrible choice. He is my MP, and he is as useless as boobs on a bull. But Carney appointed him (presumably) because Winnipeg South is a swing seat that could otherwise be lost in an election, so promoting the sitting MP to a prominent position can sometimes elevate that MP in more naive voters’ minds.
You don’t seriously think Art will actually listen to any of those folks, do you?
New Boss, New Direction
Yes. Like Ronald said, you would be one of the ones falling for it.
Warren,
Didn’t you get the memo? They’re running on the We’reSmugTM platform…
Warren,
The new boss may be like the old boss but voters have already started falling for it:
Mainstreet Research: Liberals +2;
Liaison Strategies: Liberals +4.
Absolutely no surprise there.
Warren,
The only thing federal politicians agree on today: it was a great day for ALL of CBC! LOL.
The CBC needs to get a room with Art.
We have a more intelligent and mature version of Justin Trudeau with less than perfect French.
Good ship Canada , just adjusting course for the storm.
And ya good call same ship.
Nobody really trusts ‘lil pps dingy or is it dingy ‘lil pp?
