   1. Agreed. It could have been much worse.

   2. Well, this one can be blamed on Pierre and/or Byrne. Take your pick.

   3. Carney is your typical what I would call non-Kinsella Liberal: he will do whatever it takes to win. For him it’s only about power. You want to know what he’s really like? Ask the button guys.

   4. And they’ll gladly vote for him anyway. Those principled Liberal voters.

   5. He got lucky because he isn’t a moron.

   6. In politics, you either pin the tail on the donkey or you go for the underlings, regardless of their sex. And when they simply aren’t up to par you diss them. Recent examples: Joly, Telford, Byrne and three non-females: Butts, Davey and Herle. Never protect your friends unless you’re prepared to deliberate sacrifice the leader. In short, we differ on what Michael did.

   8. Like I said before, where most media don’t do a good or credible job is between elections. It’s not just the CBC. Everyone rides their favourite HobbyHorse.
