“Exit honeymoon”

…sounds slightly oxymoronic, to me.

In any event, I think Nanos also is seeing evidence of a bit of a honeymoon-to-come: if Justin Trudeau runs, as I hope he does, I wager you’ll be seeing more of this phenomenon. That is, the Liberal Party finally moving up again. Not dramatically, but enough to matter.

Any opinions of what Trudeau would need to do to be successful if he becomes leader Warren? He lacks a background in some important areas, like economics for instance, so how does he overcome that? Should he become the main spokesman for issues and be briefed well or try and leave that to the finance critic?

Basically as a party outsider what do you think Trudeau has to do to get over his inexperience?

Is Tim Powers the ‘Bozo the Clown’ of political pundits?
    Just wondering…

Good grief. The guy can’t even catch a break from this crowd when he’s announced he’s on his way out. Kinda makes you wonder why anyone would ever join the Libs after having been in any other party. Luckily, it probably won’t be an issue for that much longer.

Rae was a drag on the LPOC. You do know though that he could still gum up the works for you, right?

Right. It must have been his fault that they did so badly in the last two elections.
