   He will likely shed a couple points Province Wide by coming out and pooping on bill 101, but not in Montreal, and the key former strongholds. Gotta slam the Urban centres hard over the coming couple of years, but earning back the 905 & 416 ridings, a smattering of Prairie, BC, and Maritimers and voila, we have a Liberal minority / coalition
