Buzzfeed: the Unpresident, golden showers, and the end of America

From Buzzfeed. The U.S. is doomed. And he isn’t even sworn in, yet.

I wonder if the Unpresident is regretting his attacks on the intelligence community?

So it seems that bing bing bong bong translates as bunga bunga.

Lol, I am no fan of Mad Mr.Orangey by any stretch but I find this an interesting hit job/stitch up. “…prepared for political opponents of Trump”? By golly, if it makes Trump look bad it must be true. Seriously, I counted nine variations of “alleged” in the ‘Buzzfeed’. The-Trump-Resistance has gotta do better than this. FYI, Justin Raimondo’s twitter-feed at ‘Antiwar.com’ is having a field day ripping this one apart.

Why does it feel like the establishment war on Trump just jumped the shark? I don’t doubt foreign governments have stuff on Trump, but this? Now Trump will just go crazier once he’s in.

    It’s all made up claptrap.

.. the astonishing tale of America electing a complete fool.. just keeps growing

Is there any truth to the rumour that at the Inauguration, they’re going to replace “Hail to the Chief” with the Purell jingle?

  7. rww says:

A reasonable response would be “you can’t trust this, it comes from our enemy Russia” but Trump can’t say that

Like the world needs more evidence Trump is taking the piss.

  9. America is now the world’s largest trailer park.

Its astonishing just how stupid Trump is. Any high end hotel in any national capital should be assumed to be bugged. Sweeping won’t help and may lead to a false sense of security. Putin like LBJ fells secure when he has an opponent’s balls in his pocket.

Maybe this explains the orange skin.

    Putting the sexual allegations aside…
Did Team Trump meet with…was Team Trump briefed, fed intel by Russian Intelligence?

That is the million dollar question.

“kompromat’ Combine the Russian words ‘compromising’ with ‘material’ and you come up with the Russian word ‘kompromat.’

CNN is on this. We’ll soon know the truth.

Yeah, I’m a little leary of a story being reported by an organization who admits the information contained in the story is unverified and in fact impossible to verify.

Sorry, but this is the kind of crap from some media that helped Trump get elected. It’s also one more nail in the industry’s coffin, as millions of voters turned against it’s main purveyors of news and their advice in the election. I feel for those in the legit press trying to do a good job. They pay the price as well for the next 4 years, as even fair reporting on the presidency will be treated by many with scepticism and disbelief.

If the hotel was known to be under FSB control with microphones, etc. then why would the Secret Service let Obama and Michelle stay there?

    • Scotian says:

Because they already know/assume that to be the case outside of any place not fully turned into a secure information site? After all, hard to blackmail a President with his normal behaviour with his spouse, and as for secrets being spilled, as I said, outside of a small area they would almost certainly turn into a Faraday cage type secure site the SS would assume basic surveillance was still happening, so long as information control and physical security was maintained they would not cause them problems. Not to mention the obvious countermeasures tools the Secret Service would be using to counter the more obvious built in ones after all. Besides, people at that level of life live under intrusive security measures, you become used to it and how to prevent that which needs to be protected knowledge from being gained that way. Of course, its never perfect, but that is true on all sides for this sort of thing.

Remember, most things that are secrets from the public are not from governments, even antagonistic ones, so the actual pool of information one would need to protect so even in the President’s suite in a Russian hotel would be fairly limited. So as long as they have reason to believe any information is already known to the other side that part is no longer something information control is so important of in this context we are discussing. There is also both the logistics of having to be the foreign dignitary visiting a foreign land and having a place to be other than the Embassy which always looks defensive and therefore weak, and the diplomatic insult involved in doing so as well to consider when weighing security options and risks here.

So that would easily explain how and why the US Secret Service would allow the Obamas to stay there even under the suspicion or even knowledge that they are being bugged. Since you asked.
