He shoots flowers, doesn’t he?

Okay, yes. I should’ve trimmed back the winter kill on the peonies. And, yes, that’s Joey and Roxy about to collide with me. But I wanted to show you these peonies, which (a) grew this much IN TWO DAYS and (b) were planted here by Quakers 150 YEARS AGO. Truth.

    They are an amazing plant very little work, lots of reward, even their fall colour can be pretty cool. We have several in our yard and they are so easy to care for

    Love the peonies. We have a patch from my grandparent’s land. Now growing similarly to yours – after twice moving houses (and bringing them with us). My kids get a kick out the ants that attack the pre-bloom buds. Enjoy!
