what an amazing sensation! We felt it here in sw ontario. Our dog has been pacing all day long. We thought it was in advance of the storms approaching, and it still could be but maybe it was the sensing of the quake.

My son was in a robotics lab a university, said the machinery looked alive. He then headed for the exit as the university was evacuating the buildings.

    Fake lake……$57,000
    Fake clambake……undetermined
    Fake Quake???

Reports are coming in that Hull, Que. was almost entirely destroyed. Damage is expected to exceed $500!

    (I stole that, but whatever)

It created a tsunami in the fake lake.

    OK, I borrowed that too.

  4. Out here in the land of real quakes we wonder when some level of government is going to step up and make real, not CYA-style, progress on upgrading and replacing 300 schools here, the majority of which are expected to at least partially collapse when we get our big earthquake.

It’s not like it’s a big issue, after all, we are only talking about the lives and safety of more than 100,000 children plus innumerable staff and other building users.

The rumbling occurred just as about half a dozen Chinook-type helicopters went by my window at the Toronto waterfront. Thought I was just getting reverberations from that.

Does anyone know if the seismic shifter managed to pry loose the election yet? Just thought I’d ask.
