780 numbers are not Calgary. Calgary numbers are 403, along with the southern half of the province. 780 is the north half of the province and with the surname of Demchuk don’t be going off half-cocked anyway. There’s many a ‘chuk’ to be found in the Ukrainian communities around northern Alberta.
If it helps any, he’s not one of the usual far-right guys that show up to heckle left-wing protests in Calgary (if that’s really his picture). I’ve been to all sorts of “political” events in Calgary and have never seen the guy.
