Vital statistics
In case you were wondering, which you weren’t, the new-look www.warrenkinsella.com has apparently surpassed 3 million visits.
That is spread amongst some 560,000 unique visitors, Team Propellerhead tell me.
Suitably impressed comments are of course welcome.

Unlike many others who use WordPress etc., your blog is also visible in China, as I recently discovered. Viva la Revolution!
You probably have to take the “unique visitors” count w. a big grain of salt, since some people have “dynamic” ISP’s which give them a unique ISP address each time they re/connect (which can be a lot, if they diconnect after each web sortie or after each firewall attack)
I wouldn’t be too excited about the “unique visitor” count there, WK. The “unique” counter cookie could be set to as small as a 30-minute time interval i.e. anyone visiting twice during that window is counted once.
I would look at your unique hit count on a daily basis over 30-days and average it out. My guess is that you have 3,000 “stalkers,” the bulk of them insiders.
But, congratulations nonetheless. It is tough to maintain interest in a site, and you do it well.
No matter how you dice the hit stats, they’re still hugely impressive.
Today, I spoke with an NDP pal about WK’s site. He mentioned that while he disagrees with WK on a lot of things, he really enjoys reading this website and frequents it often. The volume of posts, interesting comments (and sometimes heated exchanges) and the humor are what bring me back. And it is always fun to get into brawls with the arch-Conservatives who are probably sent to this site by someone behind a curtain.
hopefully that’ll be the Cryin’ Curtain, before too long.
