This morning’s Sun: Sarah on her “good friend” George (updated)

Sarah on George, in her own words (these are verbatim quotes):

As Rocco said: “They belong together.”

[Thomson – who perhaps was “just pretending” again – has deleted the blog post containing the above words.  Any readers who can find it?]

UPDATE: And intrepid reader Heather finds it, here!

Yep…pretty much! Love the Sun cover – just in time for Halloween….it sends chills through me just thinking about anyone at all in Toronto giving Smitherman a pass.

Her hypocrisy is why I’m sick of politicians of all stripes!

http://www.thestar.com/news/canada/article/870697–the-rise-of-the-tea-party-in-canada … And Warren, they’re from all political stripes!

    Politics makes strange bedfellows.

I don’t want to say the slur either, but it’s a typo in both the post and Levy’s column, right?

Jeezus Murphy. Toronto this… Toronto that. I think its time Calgary acquired nuclear weapons and dealt with this menace once and finally.:)

Meanwhile this parallels how Giorgio Mammoliti endorsed Rob Ford – even though Ford and he have previous almost gotten into fist fights at City council and Ford hurled racial epithets (“Gino-boy”) at Mammoliti. I wonder Mammoliti thinks this way he gets to be budget chief in a Ford mayoralty?

  8. IC says:

Smitherman is a manipulative liar who drives his flip-flop agenda through sheer temper tantrums. Rob Ford has a brain the size a pea and a mouth the size of the Niagara Escarpment. Stringing sentences together appears difficult. At least ones that makes sense. Pantalone might know City Hall – certainly its street address if nothing else – but he is stained with Miller’s broken broom and stuffing his pocket while the City suffered. That leaves Rossi – never say never, but the Woodbridge boy Mafiosa poster was tragic and put backs up across the City.

Not exactly a world-class line-up for fuax diamante T.O. town is it? Seems the dream to become a world-class city is now more Walter Mitty like than usual if this bunch of wannabes who want the helm is anything to go by.

P.S. I can now criss cross a ballot paper having become a citizen of the Great White North almost precisely 11 years to the day Air Canada AC 857 deposited us from good old Blighty at Pearson. I do however still miss Marmite, Marks and Spencer and competent politicians.
