….”and lo, there was a great gnashing of teeth and renting of garments at ReformaTory HQ, and they were much afraid”…….
Break A leg !!
You should have made and announced this big decision prior to this election. On May 2nd you wooda and cooda been on your way to Ottawa.
As it looks now- you’re gonna have to wait a while until the next election. Unless of course any by-election opportunities come up.
It’s just so peculiar to announce a potential candadacy for a future election on the heels of an almost over election. Hmmm.. somethings a brewing
As P.T Barnium once said about his success “There’s a sucker born every minute”, and that too is the thinking of all our canditate politicians, and the most successful one’s get elected to parliament.
Since a politician never believes what he says, he is always astonished at the number of fools he’s raked in to put him in office.
What is politics at election time but persuading the public to vote for this and support that and endure these for the promise of those that won’t come.
Public office is the last refuge of the incompetent, but them look how many of them have successfully retired getting a “life-time pension too along with the usual senior citizen pension too.
Have you ever seen a “candidate during an election time, talking to a wealthy person on television?
The legitmate object (suposedly) is to do for a community of people whatever they need to have done, but cannot do at all in their separate and individual capacities.
Anyone ever figure he might run Provincially?
NO- he specifically stated he was running federally. He even posted a link to a conversation he had with Steve Paikein.
