Please give me Canucks updates. Please.

2-0 Boston, about 12 mins to go in first.

  2. MW says:

    4-0 Boston. 5 left in the 1st.

    You don’t wanna know

Terrible goaltending. Loose tongue Luongo gets pulled before the end of the first. One big ego to reconstruct. But I still think Canucks is the best team and will win it in the 7th game.

    Don’t rush home.

  6. Ted says:

What’s the saying? Be careful what you wish for, Warren. You’re better off focusing on your son’s game. Or the drive home. Or the moon crossing the sky. Or traffic.

  7. Eric Friesen says:

Lacrosse is probably over and you’ve found a radio or TV, but in case you haven’t – still 4-0, second intermission.

  8. boneyard says:

    Vancouver scores 4-1

  9. JenS says:

Shut-out over – 4-1 Bos. H. Sedin with the goal, early in 3rd.

  10. Carlos says:

Down 5-1 in the third. Brutal, utterly brutal. Lost Mason Raymond in the first 5 min of the game, Lou let in some softies, but Kes and some of the guys are doing their best to get back into some form of respectable hockey.

Luongo is a siv in Boston. Imagine spending big bucks to see Vancouver do this in Boston. I would’ve pulled Luongo after that second goal. Up high on the 1st goal and 5-hole on the 2nd.

  12. Tim says:

Dude… you don’t want an update. Put your head in the sand. Let’s just say Jabba the Thomas will prevail this eve.

It’s hard to figure you out. You represent CUPW at its most radical phase. You were in support of a LIberal/NDP merger (presumably when the Libs were in the majority position). You wrote off David Miller despite his progressive policies. Now you’re slagging the Ontario NDP? Who are you? The guy who advocates partnership at the federal level, or the guy who beats up the NDP at the municipal level? I’m predicting a minority government in the October provincial election. Particularly if the NDP and Liberals can agree on the ridings where each has the best chance. That calls for understanding, not tribulations. We have more to fear from reactionary forces than the progressive.

Did your son’s team win? My son’s team lost, plus the Canuck’s lost, so he was a pretty miserable kid last night…
