—Book deal!
Just got word: I’ve got a deal for book number seven – and for all of North American too.
Pretty excited about this one. Stay tuned for details.
All you regulars are going to be in this one – Gord Tulk and Namesake too!
This will help you when you become the leader of the Federal Libs. Congratulations!
PS-do you ever sleep? Shut your brain down from time-to-time for some R and R.
Congrats buddy! Pints on me.
Congratulations! Will those of us who are not regular be in it too…
Be careful what you wish for . . . 🙂
Can’t wait to read it! The Liberal world is excited
Thank God I am not a “regular” 🙂
Im in
I think your books are what you do best Warren…..and you do a “not a blog” pretty well too. Congratulations. Don’t forget Bart the Political Fish and how Kraft Dinner was one of the highest responsed topics here…just for fun.
I never forget the Kraft Dinner rule: namely, if Canadians have a choice between serious politics, or non-political zaniness, they’ll usually pick the latter over the former!
You drew a picture of Bart when you signed my book that would make a neat illustration for a “The Kraft Dinner Rule” chapter in your book….and if you must work those ugly birds into things I’ll still read it.
Damn! I knew I should have posted more regularly when I had the chance.
I could ramp it up now, but it would just look like sad opportunism.
The question is… were you paid for this book?
Ha!
Congratulations Warren, all of North America; now that’s an honour!
Looking forward to it.
Congratulations!
Where IS Namesake these days, anyway?
Attack!ng methinks . . .
I saw some similar writing tics, but not enough to make me even close to certain.
Is it an authorized biography of Stephen Harper?
I think Warren’s objective is probably to write something someone will buy.
A used book dealer once told me that political people read politics books backwards. They start at the back and look through the index to see who they know. I’m totally Looking forward to it… In particular, I’d be very interested in Warren’s initial expectations when he started a comments board, compared to his interpretation of what it is now. At different times I find this site informative, funny, strategic, entertaining, bitter, silly and fun. Further, this site is populated with a wonderful cast of characters. Smart-alecky conflict and one-upmanship of the highest order.
I hope you write a chapter about ‘Writing for the Toronto Sun’ including the great gun registry debate.

Congrats on the book deal!
What’s the topic?
