A: “Foreigners.”
Q: What’s the word she almost says, but does not quite say, in this new spot?
I think the message is tax breaks for companies who hire in Ontario and none for companies that ship jobs out of Ontario. So “foreigner” is appropriate (for jobs sent to other countries), but means what everyone thinks it means – a foreign citizen, not a new immigrant to Ontario.
