Not living in the riding is hardly a major disqualifier, especially in large urban areas where boundaries could shift…that its been mosty New Democrat except for Dennis Mills (Bob Rae’s old NDP riding…)…makes it a challenge…unless you have your eyes on something closer to home (what riding is Beaches in anyway??)
