Ya I’ve had a virus for almost three weeks – plugged sinus, sore chest and now sore throat. I’m sure it’s a virus. :>

Even the most conscientious internet users get infected with viruses. As much as one tries to avoid visiting quesitonable websites or making sure not to click on suspicious attachments, sometimes even the act of being connected to the internet makes one vulnerable to getting a virus in Windows.
So one can solve this problem by avoiding to use Windows.
Four years ago, I completely removed Windows from my PC and my laptop and installed Linux.
