If God hadn’t intended them to be journalists, She wouldn’t have made them lazy, stupid and partisan.

Was it Engels? or Marx? Suggested that what we do for other ends (like making enough money to live, and feed dependents) is ‘work;’ what we do for itself is ‘play.’ Of course, a lucky minority gets to combine the two.
I guess, though, that a journalist has first to get a job, then hang onto it. Both depend on pleasing whomever is paying the salary (and dental for the kids – don’t forget that).
I am betting that Kai Nagata doesn’t have dependents.

The ones that really get me are those who say they don’t vote because it would somehow damage their impartiality.

Sell there souls for a headline – no matter how wrong or who it hurts!
Prostitutes all! And the so-called professors, at the various schools who train them supposedly, are no better.

Should have been their – sorry, anger misfired fingers.

Cynicism, smugness, inside jokes, references to music they think is cool….journalists on Twitter are more annoying than Justin Bieber!

    • Warren says:

How did you know that reading them on Twitter is what set me off?

Twitter has done more to harm journalists’ reputations than they’ll ever know.

Then again, they probably don’t care. They’re clever, after all.

  8. Glen says:

    Heh heh, good point!

They don’t care because they’re not self-aware enough to know they’re a mostly bunch of pretenious knobs.
