True story

Just saw a guy coming into St. Mike’s Easter Mass wearing a French Connection U.K. sweatshirt. If I were the priest, I’d punch him in the face.

It could have been worse. He could have worn a HarperCon T-shirt. That’s like inviting the devil into the church.

You should’ve acted by divine proxy.

Seriously, there is a time and place for wearing different outfits with our without logos or slogans.

    Why?

Sounds good to me. That would be at least one less bum in the pews and the possibility of a law suit. What’s not to like?

I should have known about those shirts decades ago – just to defy that stiff white blouse and that scratchy navy blue pleated skirt.

I went to Easter Mass at Sacre Coeur in Paris last night (yes, seriously!!) and there was a sign saying you had to be dressed decently. People were in jeans and such, but an FCUK t-shirt? NO.

Hmmmm, this seems like much ado about nothing. Obviously the kid wanted attention for wearing his FCUK hoodie in Church, so don’t give it to him, just ignore him. And “punch him the face”? Not very emulative of Christ, who a) would abhor violence in a place dedicated to him and b) wouldn’t give a rats ass about something as worldly as the clothes a worshiper was wearing. Just sayin’.
