I would just like to inform everyone that the City of Thunder Bay was declared a “disaster area” after flooding caused by 5 days of rain… http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/thunder-bay/story/2012/05/31/tby-thunder-bay-disaster-area.html If you are able to, please donate to the Thunder Bay Red Cross. There are many people who have lost their homes and have no flood insurance. They have lost everything. http://www.redcross.ca/article.asp?id=37734&tid=067 It is my understanding that these people aren’t getting any real assistance from any level of government.
