I’ve known this for many, many years, but thank you for pointing it out. His continued employment as a scribbler baffles me endlessly.

An interesting point was raised by one of the commentors on the article linked to. The Canadian Residency card was still affixed to the original letter it was sent with. I wonder if the FSB intercepted and seized the letter if the Canadian Government would not be entitled to get a little pissed off?
