Pussy Riot is a real feminist punk band in Russia, three of whose members are on trial in Moscoww as part of Putin’s crackdown on protest.
It is not really a band. It is a concept and anyone who wants to sing anti-Putin songs with masks on, you can be in the band.
The ones accused who are in jail, well, there is not admission they form the band.
