Noël is not a bad dude…for a so-called Red Tory. I remember him from his days as Chairperson of the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission, a role he occupied for 22 years beginning in 1967. There are worse people you could have been mistaken for, LOL. By the way, I just ordered your new book; looking forward to a good read.
