   I hate to use cliche and I hate to count chickens before hatching but I am already trying to figure out how this NW Washington State, USA denizen is going to be able to attend the Premier Sandra Pupatello inauguration.

   I fully expect you, me and a few other “Top Guns” to scream at the top of our lungs after the Premier is sworn in: “”AD AUGUSTA PER ANGUSTA” BABY!

   Any references to Pupatello’s motto being mixed with “ANYTIME BABY” entirely intentional.
