Robocall reflection

Perhaps that silly sally at Sun News, and the “explosive” media tour, wasn’t such a hot idea after all.

Meanwhile, somewhere, one of Canada’s most principled journalists is frantically trying to figure out how to scrub stuff from the Internet.

  2. Well, the lawyer is calling for a public inquiry, lol. My guess is that there is a story to tell, if only immunity were on the table. There will undoubtedly be some interesting testimony. A few people who have avoided giving evidence will be subpeonaed, and will be facing examination, and cross examination. This trial is going to generate some headlines alright

Not on topic, and you may have seen, but FYI – good to keep the pressure up on these things:

I’m going to stick with Sona not being directly involved. I think he knew it was happening, which is why he was charged, but there is no chance that he had access to the call list, the money to contract RackNine or the ability to coordinate in each of the other ridings where this happened.

Lilly – Sun – principled. That fails since Lilly and the paper are so obviously agenda driven.

Maybe I am misunderstanding, but reading between the lines there is the hint of an allegation that Sun Media is politically connected to high places, and high places have unconstitutional influnce over the judiciary. I would be shocked, I tell you shocked to see political interference in the Justice system. That only happens in the third world bananna republicans.
