Chretien always had a good sense of humour. Got a great big soft spot for this former PM–and I’m still grateful for his stand on the Iraq war. May he be able to give the Shawinigan Handshake for many years to come.
(I just took a second look at that picture. Looking at the musculature of that right hand, I wouldn’t doubt he still has a pretty decent grip–I wouldn’t want him to get pissed off at me! 🙂 )
