Open letter to Toronto City Hall reporters

Dear folks:

Rob Ford is going to deny he used drugs.

Therefore, don’t ask him if he used drugs. Ask him instead why he won’t submit to a drug test.

We’re his employers, after all.

Sincerely,

Warren

Perfect. As employers we are entitled to be shown some type of proof. Though I’m unsure how Long cocaine stays within a body. I believe hair samples may be good place to start. For anyone who argues this, please remember he is head of Canada’s largest city. Although Warren, I believe that if shown it is him in the video, it will be his racist homophobic comments that will undermine him.

The first question is what was he doing there in the first place. That’s the only question reporters need to ask.
After the evades or denies that, then the drug test question.

    yup

The problem is, it is very unlikely with cocaine or it’s sketchier brother crack that anything would come up. It passes through the system very quickly. Will he deny it? Of course. Did he do it? Well, it would explain a lot. I think a test could hurt more than help though. If it is through his system and comes up negative he may see it as both vindication and an excuse to continue. I have to be honest though, one of the worst aspects of this is that we are talking about it with the mayor of Canada’s largest city… These have been some dark embarrassing days man…never seen nothing like it.

It doesn’t matter what questions the reporters ask or how cleverly they are worded to deny him wiggle room.

He will not answer or he will lie. And he certainly won’t submit to a drug test. Nothing is going to happen until/unless the video is released.

    A proof is a proof.

I’m game. But you couldn’t set something like that up if your life depended on it.
