Somehow missing how the DVP flooding is Rob Ford’s fault. There’s enough baseless hyperbole flying out of the mouth of Drug Lord, no sense adding to it.

Meh, heard better jokes. And the poor souls of Ford Nation not only won’t get the joke, they’ll point to such comments as evidence of the irrational media hostility campaign against Dear Leader. There’s enough shit that Rob Ford actually fucks up to worry about.
