Here it is! Suck this, RoFo!
We’re living in a “world-class city,”
but lately it seems kind of icky
Some days it’s downright silly
Being governed by hillbillies!
We’ve got a mayor on crack?
We wanna give him the sack
He makes us all wanna yak
We’ve got a mayor on crack?
This mayor steals taxpayer bucks
That mayor likes to throw muck
We’ve got the worst situation:
We’re governed by the Ford Nation!
Mayor on Crack?!
Bettr’n marxist mayors
Our comeback mayor
And he’ll chop the taxes!!
Toronto is rising up
Against the Yorkie mob
Of assorted sucks’n slobs
Singing to heal their pain
OOOeeeeh OOOeeeeh!!!!

Re: “hillbillies”
“Hillbilly is a term (often derogatory) for people who dwell in rural, mountainous areas of the United States, primarily Appalachia but also the Ozarks. Owing to its strongly stereotypical connotations, the term can be offensive to those Americans of Appalachian heritage… some artists and fans, notably Hank Williams Sr., found the term offensive even in its heyday” (wiki.).
In the context of substance abuse, it is now well established that Big Pharma specifically targets marginalized groups: “on October 4, 2007 Kentucky officials sued Purdue Pharma because of widespread Oxycontin abuse in Appalachia. A lawsuit filed by Kentucky then-Attorney General Greg Stumbo and Pike County officials demanded millions in compensation.”
While the Liberal elite claims to understand and seek “root causes” and sociological explanations, in fact, your particular brand of “progressive” supremacism is nothing but crude demonization and caricature of the less fortunate. Barrack Obama and Margaret Trudeau both admit to using cocaine and the press romanticizes this as the inevitable growing pains on the road to self-discovery and personal growth. Rob Ford uses cocaine (the near obsessive repetition of the slang noun “crack” carries the subtext of ghetto people so is better suited to demonization) and progressives want martial law.
This is why Ford might have actually increased his base of support – which of course is what the powers-that-be want. Therefore, your public relations operations are either sloppy – or covert.
My, I’m hankering for a Mountain Dew after that.
You’re a nut
How about swillbillies then.
Ahem, Cracker……fyi…….Crack cocaine is the crystal form of cocaine, which normally comes in a powder form.1 It comes in solid blocks or crystals varying in color from yellow to pale rose or white.
Crack is heated and smoked. It is so named because it makes a cracking or popping sound when heated.
Crack, the most potent form in which cocaine appears, is also the riskiest. It is between 75% and 100% pure, far stronger and more potent than regular cocaine.
Smoking crack allows it to reach the brain more quickly and thus brings an intense and immediate—but very short-lived—high that lasts about fifteen minutes. And because addiction can develop even more rapidly if the substance is smoked rather than snorted (taken in through the nose), an abuser can become addicted after his or her first time trying crack.
Because of cocaine’s high cost, it has long been considered a “rich man’s drug.” Crack, on the other hand, is sold at prices so low that even teens can afford to buy it—at first. The truth is that once a person is addicted, the expense skyrockets in direct ratio to the increasing amount needed to support the habit.

Pure Rock’n’Roll genius.
yes dom genius – something of a miracle considering our history of head injuries.
A lovely tribute to the best mayor ever — and I just love how the lyrics are printed out so that others on crack can more easily follow along.
I’m sure the charity you chosse will appreciate the $5.94
Ha!
I love the song though. You’ll get my $1.
Great tune.
And my first ITunes purchase. Boomboxing at Ford re-election speeches anyone?
Breaking news: Rob Ford has resigned “effective immediately” and “spent the night in hospital with chest pains.”

Am I the only one that finds it interesting that Rob Ford is calling on the star to retract the story about him destroying emails, but didnt make any such request about the crack video?
Loved it! Not a huge punk fan but that was catchy and cool, possibly second only to “The Queen Haters” famous video “I Hate The Bloody Queen”. (Youtube it, Martin Short’s finest hour.)
Seriously though, loved it.
