Druggie convenience

If you are a regular user of hard drugs, I can’t imagine what could be more convenient than having your personal driver moonlighting as a drug dealer!

How convenient!

I can. Having the taxpayers pay your drivers salary. Hop aboard the gravy train.

Ya, you’re right Michael, having his salary payed with drug money is a step in the right direction. Think of the potential. Subways built with underground drug money, entire police forces funded by same. Wow, this is truly visionary, thanks!

OCCASSIONAL driver, Warren. Only as need demanded. If there’s documentation of the occasions we’d have a good idea of our Mayor’s needs.

Ford, at his hastily thrown together “news conference” held at a gas station near his home this afternoon said very little about Lisi’s arrest except
“he’s a friend. He’s a good guy and I don’t throw my friends under the bus”

I think that was a message to Lisi to let him know he’d better keep his mouth shut. That’s exactly the sort of thing a Mafia don would say publicly if one of his underlings was arrested.. just a little message to let you know who’s still the boss around here and remember who’s paying you. or else.

Of course the Mayor wouldn’t throw him under the bus, because he’s driving the bus. The arrest of the dry-cleaner suggests that Ford Nation didn’t just get their brains washed, they had them dry-cleaned. Drugs, videos, murders, who’s going to connect the dots?
