    A nice and simple reminder.

    Thanks

    I understand your sentiment, but…

Let’s just do everything we can to eliminate all violence.

Saying that, it’s not about the tools or methods of violence.

It’s about this emerging mentality that’s all too ready to engage in violence, and do so often without remorse.

Our society is desensitizing people, especially our youth, to violence.

I was about to share this on FB, but the accompanying picture is an over-exposed décolletage. What the hell?

Agreed, it’s a problem. “Shareoholic” robotically scans the page from which a link is sent and takes a picture as a graphic. That’s how it got what you saw.

If you look below, there is a small box to check to remove any graphic.

My apologies for this. I welcome suggestions from folks about (a) a permanent fix or (b) a replacement for Shareoholic.

What a horrible, mind-numbing waste of humanity. The loss of all of this talent was blindingly hideous, but then to think of the parents and loved ones who had their lives destroyed, as well? Imagine the impact on 14 families.

And for what? So some self-loathing, abused, mysoginist could end his life in spectacular fashion? Every time I hear his name (the assumed one or his abusive, wife-beating father’s) I feel I need a shower.

I hate this day every year; I hate its politicization and its hollow speeches; and I especially hate that, really, nobody has seriously addressed it.
